Todd is an accomplished musician with a diverse background in music education and performance. Having studied music at the Berklee-affiliated Selkirk College, Todd has honed his craft over the years as a working musician, touring, recording, and performing across various parts of the globe, including notable stops in London and Turkey. His journey has provided him with extensive experience working with a wide array of musicians and genres.

One of Todd's notable strengths lies in his ability to connect with his students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. His time spent living in Turkey for over 15 years has equipped him with a unique perspective and approach to teaching, one that emphasizes patience, creativity, and cultural understanding.

Now back in Vancouver with his wife and daughter, Todd is thrilled to share his wealth of expertise and passion for music through teaching at Blue Guitar Studio. His teaching philosophy revolves around song-based learning, where students can develop essential skills and knowledge while immersing themselves in the joy of playing music. Todd finds immense fulfillment in guiding new musicians on their journey and creating an atmosphere where learning feels natural and enjoyable.
